Steven Coll

What I do: I’m managing director, overseeing the business and our wonderful team. 

Joined the team: I founded the family firm with my dad Tom Coll back in 1984

Favourite part of my job: Meeting clients, learning what they want and ensuring they leave more than satisfied.

Michael

What I do: I’m head of workshop and oversee repairs, remodels and bespoke designs. I also support the workshop team.

Joined the team: Started in 1990 and it’s been my only job. I can’t imagine being anywhere else.

Favourite part of my job: Working on a remodelling project and seeing an amazing new piece emerge from old jewellery.

Maureen

What I do: I’m part of the sales team.

Joined the team: Started here in 2019 but have been involved in the jewellery profession throughout my career. 

Favourite part of my job: Working with the amazing Rolex watches we buy and sell here. I’m passionate about the brand. I also love being able to handle all the wonderful diamond jewellery. 

Kieran

What I do: I work in both the sales & workshop teams.

Joined the team: I started working here in 2015.

Favourite part of my job: Handing a piece of jewellery over to the customer. I love seeing their reaction when they see how a remodel project has turned out or when we’ve repaired a sentimental piece.

Martin

What I do: I work in the sales team. 

Joined the team: I started in 2015.

Favourite part of my job: Working with such a great team here. Although we’re not “Coll” family members we’re treated as though we are and certainly feel like we are. Feel I’m part of something special.
